Bio Digester System :- Fiber Reinforced Plastic(FRP) portable tank is a boitoilet or biodigester which is mostly used for the domestic purposes. The FRP biodigester is able to convert human wastage into usable water and gas(methane). Also, this system is useful for using in the high altitude and low temperature areas, remote areas and able of being utilized as mobile toilets.

In these bio toilets the temperature is maintained between - 20 & 50 degree C. With the help of anaerobic digestion system Night soil degradation occurs which converts it into methane or bio gas. Due to the smell of natural night soil, the disease which causing organisms in the night soil and the solid matter are almost destroyed. As compare to dry weight 90% of the solid waste is reduced. The gaseous out-flowing specially methane gas is constantly vented out in the atmosphere. The 90 % of water is almost clean and here the final stage of digestion takes place. Finally the water comes our from the biodigester and flows into our irrigation pipeline, this water is almost 98% free of pathogens and clean. Now the water is safe and widely used for underground irrigation via pipes buried below the surface.

What is Bio-Digester Toilet?

The Bio-Digester Toilet is a decomposition mechanized toilet system in which the human waste, the fecal matte is break down to bits in the digester tank with the use of high grade bacteria and further convert them into methane and water, released further to the desirable surface. These types of toilet are totally maintenance free and does not need nay sewage system. Due to the superior quality of bacteria that is active in these toilets, carries on to further auto generation on their own.
